Soul On the Bayeaux was started in August of 2004 it was the brainstorm of the Nickerson's they wanted to share their fresh home cooked creole cuisine with the many people who came to visit them on holidays just for the food.

The holiday feasts became overwhelming so they decided to open a business to share with everyone.
